My Closet is a clothing app for those who need a reminder while shopping for matching clothing products. This wireframe was created for a client who’s concept was to create a reference for your wardrobe as you shop. Having your closet in hand and ready to use for any clothes, shoes, and accessory shopping. I created the layout via Photoshop and wireframe via Adobe XD. To test the prototype yourself, please go to www.xd.adobe.com/view/5567b200-1eb3-44ed-7871-68776793dcf6-2356/
I used a bit of typography and imagery within implementing a question mark and a hanger, to give a indication of of a reference towards what’s in your wardrobe.
Sign In and Log In Screens
I wanted to keep these pages minimal, with a use of the colors I’ve used for the logo as well, to keep the consistency. The closet background is mainly to emphasize what the app is about.
Home Page and Season Change
The home page is a simple break down of where you would go in terms of your closet reference. Whether you would like to see your past purchases, the items you currently have in your closet, or even scan an item at a retail store to price match for select stores or get a color scheme to match perfectly.
Clothing Selection and Item Reference
The clothing selection screen refers to the many clothing items that we wear in every day life. As far as the fashionistas of the world, this section becomes very beneficial in reference to what you’ve already purchased, or what’s in your closet. The “Tops” “Bottoms” etc. menu on the left, will take you to the next screen on the right, which is the “Hats” menu. From there, you can add a new item and refer to the colors and styles of hats you have in your closet.
